The naturalization ceremony is held in partnership with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services \(USCIS\). Schedule of Events: 11:00am - 12:00pm Naturalization Ceremony officiated by Judge Roger Gregory \(Ceremony held inside the Robins Family Forum with limited seating\) 12:00pm - 1:00pm Celebrate America's newest citizens with Ukrop's cake and lemonade in Commonwealth Hall and live music 12:00pm - 2:00pm American Treasures
