This class introduces young children to movement in a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment. Through music, imaginative play, obstacle courses, props, and simple dance-based activities, children will build coordination, balance, rhythm, and confidence while staying active. It is a great fit for both boys and girls who love to move, explore, and express themselves. Attendees should bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes to move in, and sneakers or bare feet.
