Stretch, roar, and stomp like a dinosaur in this playful yoga class just for kids! Through movement, breath, and imagination, children can explore dino-themed asanas that promote breath and body awareness. No yoga experience needed, just bring a mat if you can and your best dinosaur moves! Caregivers are invited to participate, too! Best for ages 5 - 10 years old. We have 12 yoga matts available, with first come- first served. Please feel free to bring your own matt or rug.
