If you love pasta…and love Italian fare…this class is definitely a must for you to attend. In this class we take a journey to Italy with a classic touch and meatball on top! We make pasta dough from scratch and then with great care we turn it into garganelli by hand (it’s like homemade penne). You will have a ton of fun and find a new appreciation for pasta. But First….We’lll start with antipasto for an appetizer. You’re going to need some calories for all of the pasta you will make by hand. Top
