Get cozy with some beginner basketry skills and master the blanket stitch. In this class, participants will learn how to create a basket using cording, rope, and found materials that are all held together with the blanket stitch. We will go over materials, how to make cording, and variations on basket shapes. Then we will create our basket using a coiling technique and hand stitching. No experience is required. All materials are included, but students can bring any fabric, yarn or thread materia
