In this solstice-themed poetry session, we will build our word banks by exploring the world bank of Bernheim, seeking out objects to serve as images in our poems, and building word shrines to honor nature—a poetic foraging practice and an exercise in slow composition. We’ll experiment with contrast and balance, light and dark, halves and wholes. All levels of experience welcome.
