For grades 4 to 6. Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday by learning about the history in our own backyard! Interpreters from the Stony Point Battlefield State Historic Site will visit the library to talk about the lives of the soldiers and their families during the American Revolution. Learn about men’s and women’s uniforms and clothing and what they brought along with them in their knapsacks as they fought for liberty far from home.
