Join us for our Candlelit Yin Yoga and Sound Bath with Dana Humphrey and Onel Mulet. This unique offering combines a gentle Yin Yoga practice with a soothing, resonant sound bath, creating a transformative journey designed to heal the mind, body, and spirit. We will use props including, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps to support your body in releasing deep held tension. Mats and props provided. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
