Growing up in western MI, Tony grew up in ‘the business’ having a family history in music dating back to Vaudeville where his musician great grandparents met and later having his grandfather not only play professionally until his passing in big bands but running the local musicians union. At an early age Tony tried his hands at the Viola, trumpet and guitar throughout his school years finally landing with the guitar in bands like Dover Air Force base rock band Pi \(1995-1998\) and later Statue R
