Artists are invited to come out to the American Tobacco Trail to participate in the Paint the Parks: En Plein Air Celebration in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Wake County’s Park, Recreation and Open Space system! Artists can paint anywhere, being mindful of visitor flow along the trail, from park opening to 30 minutes before closing, creating a piece that celebrates its unique features and beauty.
