Contemporary quantum technologies aim to harness controllable many-body dynamics for enhanced sensing and quantum information processing. Highly engineered AMO platforms, including neutral atoms in optical cavities and trapped-ion crystals, provide a natural setting because mediated interactions and controlled dissipation can generate useful quantum correlations.
