This is much more than just a meditation. Meeting in a sacred circle ceremony is a powerful way to connect with the living energies from Mother Earth and the Cosmos. First we start with a deep relaxation. We gather and accumulate heavy energy throughout our days, weeks, months and years. Without a way to relax and release this heavy energy, we end up carrying it around throughout our days and lives. It will take time to relax, and we’re not in a rush.
