A gentle yoga class designed for caregivers and babies. This is a welcoming space to unwind, stretch, and breathe, with the full understanding that newborns need to eat, fuss, and be held. All of that belongs here. Together, we'll move through gentle stretches and breathing techniques to help caregivers land back in their bodies, mixed with guided infant stretching and Thai massage techniques to support bonding and calm for your little one.
