Soulful Moves: African Diaspora Dance & Wellness is a dynamic workshop series honoring the rhythms, traditions, and stories of the African diaspora. In January and February, participants will journey through Afro-Brazilian samba, Pagode, and Brazilian Funk. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up and guided samba movement practice, followed by expressive dance sequences rooted in the social dance forms of Brazilian Funk and Pagode. In May and June, the focus shifts to African American Shouting
