Movement Migration will provide varied movement workshops taught by professional dancers, and educators, who are recognized as respected teaching artists both in North Carolina and nationally. The program will include movement demonstrations, informal dance performances, and Q&A sessions for participants, their families, and friends. Participants will develop healthy movement habits and gain confidence while engaging in dance disciplines. Our teaching artists will guide individuals in building s
