This free intergenerational movement class is open to all! No previous movement experience is necessary, just a willingness to have fun and put yourself out there! Class begins seated in chairs, and moves to standing and locomoting exercises in the center. Exercises that we practice are intended to increase your range of motion, balance confidence, mobility, and cognition!
