Tweens and teens, join us to enjoy a fun, stress-free craft: put together your own calming sensory bottle complete with glitter, tiny dinos, and mini monstera leaves, shake it up, watch the glitter swirl, and learn to use it as a stress-management tool to practice mindfulness!
