You can name a health care agent in the Health Care Power of Attorney advance directive, and by doing so, this person will have the legal authority to represent you in a medical crisis if/when you can’t speak for yourself. You may also choose to complete a Living Will and indicate the types of care you would want or not want, at the end of life. Join us for an
