A 36-year-old man, who is unhoused, has been arrested after, officials said, he stole a carton of cigarettes from a Wawa in Dover, Delaware before taking a worker hostage and barricading himself in a room at a nearby motel on Thursday. On Friday, the Dover Police Department said Binbido Jean-Raymond Pierre, was arrested following a spree that began when he is alleged to have robbed a Wawa located along the 2800 block of North DuPont Highway in Dover, Delaware at about 9:13 p.m. on Thursday night
