Police arrested a man accused of stabbing another man to death in Northeast Philadelphia last month. Anthony Ramon-Maldonado, 25, was arrested and charged in the murder of 22-year-old Joshua Toth, police revealed on Friday, June 5. On Sunday, May 24, police responded to an unrelated disturbance on the 6000 block of Torresdale Avenue when witnesses approached them and reported a stabbing victim nearby.
