An Important Reminder for Deathcare Professionals The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued warning letters to 39 funeral homes following an undercover investigation that uncovered alleged violations of the Funeral Rule. According to the FTC, several funeral homes failed to provide pricing over the phone, while others gave misleading or inconsistent information.
