Member Portal and App Guides Setup and Allow Access to Member App Before enabling access to the Member App, make sure your Member Portal is fully configured — most settings carry across to the App. While members can access your portal via their desktop, the majority of your members will primarily use their phone to access the portal via the Member App. Your base settings for the member portal will carry over to the member app, but visually the two will look very different.
