Use this when you want to pause member access and stop billing at the same time. Common scenarios include: You’re relocating your facility You’re closing for renovations or improvements You’re closing over a holiday period Prerequisite - You’ll need to have the advanced configuration option Mass Holds Too" enabled How to Apply Mass Hold Once the tool is enabled, go to Settings > Club Details > Select the club (if needed) > Mass Hold
