Each Membership Type is set up with a group of Benefits. These control what a member with that membership can do at your facility. If you want a member to be able to unlock a door, their membership needs to include a benefit that gives them access to it. Alternatively, GymMaster also supports access based on member bookings When creating or editing a membership type, you’ll find the Membership Benefits section partway down the page:
