How to Use Debt Collection Reporting

Debt Collection is a reporting tool that allows you to quickly identify members who have failed payments, and members who are not being charged (for example, if they have not entered billing details). You can export the required data as a CSV to pass on to your preferred debt collection agency. To find the Debt Collection reports: Go to Report & Till Select Debt Collection To see members who are in debt due to failed billing, make sure the radio button is set to ‘Failed Billing’.
