openeuler 24.03 LTS-SP3默认自带的内核为6.6.0-x不支持最新版cilium1.19.4，部署cilium1.19.4后，cilium未正常运行，存在因为内核版本低不支持的严重报错，cilium未正常工作，k8s网络功能异常。建议后续尽快升级openeuler 24.03 LTS-SP3默认自带的内核为6.12以上或更新，希望后续openeuler默认的内核版本紧跟redhat的内核版本，谢谢。
