Hi! As a solo business owner handling over $1M in annual B2B sales, almost everything runs through my gmail inbox. The problem was that relevant threads (invoices, quotes, projects, leads) got buried and I kept losing track. I tried spreadsheets and full CRMs (pipedrive which is relatively simple -or it was-), but both were either too much work or complete overkill for a one-person team.
